Information we collect

Browsing agediscriminationcalc.com — using the calculator or reading the guides — collects nothing. All calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers, and no account or email is required to use any part of the Site.

If you submit the case-review form on the homepage, that's different: submitting it collects your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, a description of your case, and a timestamp and record of the consent you gave at submission.

How case-review form information is shared

If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates agediscriminationcalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense sets cookies to serve relevant advertisements based on your browsing activity. These cookies are set by Google, not by agediscriminationcalc.com, and are governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can manage your Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized traffic data — page views, session counts, and general geographic distribution. This data is used only to understand usage patterns and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

Google AdSense and Google Analytics are active on every page of this site and are operated by Google LLC, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. If you submit the case-review form, that submission is additionally sent to The Click Lab Agency LLC’s intake system and to the attorney or attorneys your information is shared with, as described above.

Your choices — opt-out

The simplest opt-out is not to submit the case-review form — browsing the calculator and guides never shares any information with anyone. If you’ve already submitted the form and want to opt out of further contact, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [OPT-OUT], or visit theclicklab.agency/optout.

You can also opt out of Google interest-based advertising at Google Ad Settings, and prevent Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Sharing your information with attorneys in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act. California residents can opt out of this sharing using either method described above. Anonymous browsing of the calculator and guides is never sold or shared — only information you affirmatively submit through the case-review form is involved.

GDPR / EEA and UK visitors

If you are located in the EEA or UK and choose to submit the case-review form, our legal basis for processing that information is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the opt-out methods above. Browsing the calculator and guides does not involve any processing of personal data.
